This training seeks to provide participants with the basics of Christian leadership and church administration built around servant and transformational leadership principles. The training will focus on a study of the servant leadership model as a basis for developing thorough understanding of concepts of church administration and fundamentals of Christian leadership. Through a combination of the requisite skills for a biblical application of the concept of church administration, participants will explore appropriate models and formulate their personal leadership and administration style for Christian ministry.
