Robert Boateng

Mr. Robert Boateng; the General Manager of Donewell Insurance Company Limited who is a Chartered Insurer (ACII, London) with over fifteen years’ experience in the insurance industry and holds an BSc Administration (University of Ghana) and MBA in Marketing (Methodist University College).
As the board chair of BRICS Africa Consulting Ltd, Robert ensures that the board meets its obligations and fulfills its governance responsibilities. He also oversees the quality of the board’s governance processes including: ensuring that the board performs a governance role that respects and understands the role of management. More importantly, he maintains effective relationships with board members, management and stakeholders.
